Using a black-and-white composition with a single light source, I approached my first digital photographic collection with the intention of capturing ambiguous details of the nude male form. The images in this study closely resemble the minutiae that Greek and Roman sculptors would have observed in their live models; reanimating the statues that we now gaze upon.
